NEW Solid Cars Mini’s by Lex Pott

Alongside the series of Solid Cars, Lex Pott designed a range of colorful cars for Maison Deux: the Solid Cars Mini’s. The collection is built up around the same principle. By eliminating all the details of a car, Lex Pott comes to the visual core of the object. In this series he adds a sense of playfulness to the wooden toys, by using colorful combinations.

The series of Solid Cars Mini’s is crafted out of one piece of solid FSC-certified ash and comes in three different color combinations: Navy/Light Blue, Olive/Yellow and Nude/Red. A playful toy that combines the minimalist design principles with sustainable and natural materials. Pick your favorite and find yourself a colorful ride.

Maison Deux was inspired by the signature of Lex Pott in which he brings back his designs to the essence, while using natural materials.

His minimalist approach and becoming a dad for the first time felt like the perfect match with Maison Deux.

Lex Pott, an established Dutch designer working for brands like HAY, &Tradition and Nomess Copenhagen, designed a core range of minimalist toys for Maison Deux. Toys that will last for generations.
