If you’re not satisfied with your order you may return your unused and undamaged item(s) for any reason, within 14 days.* The return shipment costs must be paid by the customer and are not covered by Maison Deux.

Outside EU If you return your order from outside the EU, please make sure you mention the shipment contains returned goods on the mandatory documents. Otherwise costs will be calculated to us. In this case your return will not be accepted and will be send back to you.
